BIOGRAPHIES OF KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL


Shortly after ARC Financial Services, Inc. (ARC) commenced operations in 1987, it became apparent that due to the extensive financial backgrounds of the principals, ARC could broaden its horizons by becoming involved in virtually every aspect of corporate finance. The company began developing new opportunities using a wholesale business model, and augmented its staff with highly credentialed and experienced professionals. ARC can now provide every type of corporate borrowing, from refinancing existing debt to expansion capital, and all financial products in between.
ARC has become a unique facilitator of corporate finance transactions with programs offering a variety of product for commercial borrowers as well as high net worth individuals. Through unique relationships with established banking sources, the company has achieved broad expertise in financing transactions ranging in size from $500,000 to $75,000,000.

The following is biographical information regarding the Company’s key personnel:

Edward R. Figlioli

Ed began his finance career in the equipment leasing industry and has more than 30 years experience in financing, marketing and management. In 1987, he founded ARC Financial Services (formerly, Freedom Financial Corporation), which grew from sales of $4M annually to over of $50M per year. He is responsible for establishing multi-faceted financing facilities for securitizing asset-backed finance instruments, warehouse lending and the packaging and acquisition of lease portfolios with specific focus on asset-based lending. Ed’s expertise in corporate finance was the catalyst for expanding ARC beyond equipment financing opportunities. Ed graduated in 1968 from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.


George S. Parker, MBA

George Parker is Vice President / Analyst of ARC Financial Services, Inc. He obtained his MBA from the University of Southern California in 1967. He worked as a commercial lending officer of a major banking institution, where he was ultimately recruited by one of his clients to act as their Chief Financial Officer. George was then requested to head the financial division of a multi national energy provider as well as a nationwide, manufacturing conglomerate. His expertise is in procuring creative and flexible financing programs, enabling our clients to maximize their profits and cash flow. At ARC, George’s skills are utilized in offering our corporate finance clientele the benefit of his knowledge and experience. George is an approved instructor in the Department of Finance at the University of Phoenix. George is the Senior Analyst and number two man at ARC Financial Services, Inc.


Scott Fredrickson, CPA

Scott Fredrickson is an Analyst with ARC Financial Services, Inc. He obtained his B.S. Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University in 1971. He worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. for four years. Since then, he has worked for several companies in senior financial management capacities. He has experience in HUD financing, tax credit financing, and multi-housing bond financing. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.


Robert C. Fisher, MBA

Robert Fisher is a Senior Account Executive with ARC Financial Services, Inc. He has obtained two advanced degrees from the University of Southern California: a M.S. degree in Systems Management and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He has strong business knowledge combined with a program management background. As a graduate of the entrepreneurial program in his MBA studies, he understands the creative structuring of financial transactions for both new and established businesses.


Brent J Mazur

Brent joins ARC Financial Services, Inc. to help strengthen its commercial real estate lending capabilities both in the development projects arena as well as commercial real estate purchases and refinancing nationwide. He has over 30-years of financing, marketing and sales experience and a past top performer in consumer lending for the past 22-years. He is a leader in the teaching of sales skills, financing concepts, and territory management for the benefit of his client’s as well as determining the correct product to fit their financial needs for present and future. As Vice President, Broker Relations his focus will be on the development of ARC’s Broker Network Programs and the placement of new relationships nationwide to enhance ARC’s overhaul presence. A native of Detroit, Michigan he is also known as “Mr. Baseball” by his close friends because of his love of the sport and his time given to the Little Leaguers in his community. Brent’s vast business expertise will strengthen ARC business model and he is a valued addition to our company.


Thomas R. Seguin

Tom brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience to the company. This includes 26 years with Pitney Bowes as a top performer in various sales and sales management positions where he hired and trained sales representatives in sales skills, financing concepts, territory management and business development. His ability to use financial tools to tailor the best investment strategy for the customer means long and mutually profitable relationships. Tom joins ARC Financial Services, Inc. as Business Development Officer where his enthusiastic approach to overall business and years of experience will make him a valued addition to our company. Tom holds a BA degree in English from Loma Linda University.
